Who we are

Hatchify Pty Ltd, ABN 87 600 809 167 ("we", "us"), is an AWS consulting and AI engineering firm based in Sydney, Australia. We can be reached at contact@hatchify.com.au.

What we collect

This website is intentionally minimal about data:

• Contact details you choose to send us. The contact form on this site composes an email in your own mail client — nothing you type is stored or transmitted by this website itself.
• Standard server logs. Our web server records basic technical information (IP address, pages requested, browser type, timestamps) for security and operational purposes.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use information

• To respond to enquiries and conduct business you've asked us to conduct.
• To operate, secure and improve this website.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only to service providers who help us operate (such as email and hosting providers), where required by law, or with your consent.

Client data in engagements

Data we access while delivering consulting engagements is governed by the contract for that engagement, remains the property of the client, and is handled inside the client's own environments wherever practicable. We do not use client data to train AI models.

Security & retention

We apply industry-standard controls — encryption in transit, least-privilege access, hardened infrastructure — and retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, you may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you. Contact contact@hatchify.com.au and we'll respond promptly. If you're unsatisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
